Install the MCASH App on Your Device

The MCASH App is a Web App (PWA) — install it in seconds directly from your browser. No Play Store or App Store required.

Uninstall the Old MCASH App First

If you already have an older version installed, please uninstall it before proceeding. Installing over an old version may cause conflicts or login issues.

Installation Steps

Step 01

Open a Web Browser on Your Device

Open any web browser. Google Chrome is strongly recommended.

Step 02

Visit the Official MCASH Portal

Type this link in the address bar and press Enter / Go:

Always go directly to this URL — do not search for it on Google.

Step 03

Enter your username and password, then tap Log In.

No credentials? Contact your MCASH administrator.

Step 04

The Install Prompt Will Appear — At Any Point

The browser will show an install prompt automatically. It may appear:

🔐 On the login page 📊 After login on the dashboard 🔄 While using the app

This is completely normal. The prompt looks like:
📲 "Install App" 📲 "Add to Home Screen"

🍎 iPhone & iPad — No Automatic Banner

On iPhone and iPad there is no automatic install banner. Add manually via the Share button in Safari or Chrome. See Step 5.

💡 No prompt? Tap the browser menu (⋮) → "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".

Tap Install — Steps Vary by Device

1Tap Install or Add to Home Screen on the banner.

2Tap Install again on the confirmation popup.

💡No banner? Tap ⋮ → "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen".

🍎 iPhone & iPad — Safari or Chrome Manual Steps Required

⚠️ No automatic banner on iPhone/iPad. Add manually via the Share button.

1Open Safari or Chrome and go to https://app.arkmah.com/

2Tap the Share button ⬆ (bottom centre of screen).

3Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".

4Leave the name as "MCASH" and tap "Add".

✅MCASH icon now appears on your Home Screen.
